Darrah Blackshaw Wagaman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Blackshaw Group, and is responsible for client and candidate development, as well as business operations.

Darrah has conducted searches ranging from director level to top executive leadership roles for both domestic and international clients.  She specializes in multi-unit franchising, with an emphasis on the restaurant industry.   Her clients trust Darrah and her team in finding top talent to help their businesses grow and excel.

Darrah joined the executive search business with a unique and broad range of experience in the sports and collegiate athletics industry. From the MiLB, NASCAR and the SEC, with the University of Arkansas, she built her career in event management, hospitality, and premium services. Darrah applies her customer focused skill set in every aspect of executive search, putting the client first and delivering exceptional results with a personal touch.

Darrah is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication. She is a proud mother of two and resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
